As the 2022 South Carolina State Auctioneering Champion and a graduate of the National Auction Association’s prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI)—where he earned the Pat Massart Award—John brings elite-level expertise and professionalism to every auction he conducts.

As President and Broker-in-Charge of Bid Y’all Auction & Realty, John specializes in marketing and selling real estate, estate assets, collections, and benefit auctions with a results-driven, client-first approach. His leadership has helped position the company as a premier auction and real estate firm throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, and beyond.

A past president of the South Carolina Auctioneers Association, John is deeply committed to advancing the auction profession and mentoring the next generation of auctioneers. Before entering the industry, he served with distinction in the National Park Service—an experience that continues to shape his servant-leadership mindset.

Clay Osment brings sharp eyes, deep knowledge, and a collector's passion to every lot that crosses the auction floor. A graduate of North Greenville University, Clay joined the Bid Y'all team as our in-house Researcher and Cataloger, where he is responsible for accurately identifying, describing, and valuing items across a wide range of collectible categories.
Clay's expertise shines brightest in the world of pop-culture collectibles — from vintage comic books and trading cards to action figures and classic toys. Whether it's a first-print run buried in an estate box or a graded card hiding in a collection, Clay has the training and enthusiasm to find the story — and the value — in every piece.
